Sponsors are responsible for their own shipping costs.  Please ship your materials to arrive no earlier than 5 days prior to the the start of the conference (December 4, 2012), and no later than December 8, 2012.  

Fees

All boxes received at the hotel (and moved by staff) are charged a service fee.  Charges will be posted to your room.

• $2 per small box
• $5 per medium to large box
• $50 fee for grates or pallets
