Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellation requests must be received in writing to [email protected]
- All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after April 22, 2013
- Refunds will be processed within four (4) weeks after the completion of the expo
Electric Outlet Advisory:
- Electric outlets are limited - and NOT guaranteed
- The outlets will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis per request
- If available, 1 plug-in per outlet per exhibitor will be assigned
- No power strips, extension cords or additional electrical equipment will be allowed in the room
Exhibitor Inclusions:
- Roaming security guard in exhibit hall
- (1) Skirted table top display area (6′ x 30″)
- (2) Chairs

- General admission for (1) representative only

- Display (boothʻs must be manned): 7:30am – 5:30pm
- Expo take-down: 5:30 - 6:30pm

I was just referred to this conference a few weeks ago and am currently signed up to attend. One of the A&D firms mentioned that tables were still available to vendors displaying their product. From the looks of the layout, it appears full. If not, I would like to reserve a table. Our company has a closed loop manufacturing process, is Floor Score Certified, Green Guard Certified, uses recycled product in the manufacturing process and our flooring is 100% recyclable.
I apologize for this short notice request as I am one month into this amazing industry and looking to absorb as much as I can. If a table is still available, please let me know and I will promptly fill out the registration form and send it in.
