Join us for the 2016 HSAC Golf Tournament for a once in a life time golfing experience at the Kohanaiki Golf Course. The tournament is open to all conference participants and will be held on June 24, 2016. Registration opens at 9:00am and the tournament will begin at 10:00am.
Format: 2 person team scramble. 50% of total team handicap. Minimum of six (6) tee shots per player is required. Scramble to putt out.
Teams: You may list a preferred teammate on your registration form or we will be happy to assign you to a team.
Optional: A Par 3 contest will be available at $5 per hole and 2 mulligans per person will be available at $10 each. Sign up will be held at the golf registration on June 24, 2016. Only cash and check will be accepted.

Transportation: Round trip bus transport between the Sheraton Kona Resort and Kohanaiki Golf Course will be available. Please meet in the Convention Center Foyer at 7:45am. The bus will depart at 8:00am.
The golf tournament is limited to 60 conference attendees only.
