EMAPi2015 invites you to exhibit at the 13th International Conference at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott on the beautiful Kohala Coast of the Island of Hawai‘i. We anticipate an attendance of approximately 300 participants
Exhibits will be showcased near poster functions and refreshment breaks for maximum networking and exposure.
Fees & Inclusions
- $5,000 - (2) Conference registrations**
- $2,500 - (1) Conference registration**
- $1,000 - (No exhibit representative. If a representative will be present, please have that individual register and pay for the conference)
**Please note, exhibit personnel must register for the conference individually and select “I am a $5k or $2.5 K Level exhibitor” in order to take advantage of inclusive registrations (levels $5K & $2.5K): http://www.emapi2015.hawaii-conference.com/registration

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be received in writing to [email protected]
- All cancellations are subject to a $300 administrative service fee
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after Monday, July 20, 2015 (2 months out)
- Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after the completion of the 13th International Conference Ecology and Management of Alien Plant Invasions

Exhibitors are responsible for their own shipping costs. Please ship your materials to arrive no earlier than 5 days prior to the the start of the conference (September 15, 2015), and no later than September 19, 2015.
Fees
All boxes received at the hotel (and moved by staff) are charged a service fee. Charges will be posted to your room.
