Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellation requests must be received in writing to [email protected]
- All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after March 20, 2012
- Refunds will be processed within four (4) weeks after the completion of the expo
Electric Outlet Advisory:
- Electric outlets are limited - and NOT guaranteed
- The outlets will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis per request
- If available, 1 plug-in per outlet per exhibitor will be assigned
- No power strips, extension cords or additional electrical equipment will be allowed in the room
Exhibitor Inclusions:
- Roaming security guard in exhibit hall
- (1) Skirted table top display area (6′ x 30″)
- (2) Chairs
- Mention in conference hand-outs
- Logo and hyperlink on conference website
- General admission for (1) representative only
- Lunch, am and pm refreshments
- Additional representatives are required to register under the general admission

Exhibitor Requirements:
- Exhibitor applicants should provide goods or services consistent with the mission of the conference
- Acceptance as an Exhibitor is subject to the approval of the conference organizing committee
Exhibitor Display Times & logistics
- Setup: 7:00am
- Display (boothʻs must be manned): 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Take-down Deadline: 5:30pm
