The organizing committee has developed a very special menu for you which includes only the freshest local ingredients and products whenever possible, with the spirit of sustainability. You can select from regular, vegetarian, and vegan/gluten-free options for lunch on your registration form. Please be accurate in your selection on your registration form, as lunch orders will be placed based on your registration form submission; We will not have the flexibility to accommodate changes in your preference onsite.
